According to the Swanepoel Trends Report, EXIT Realty is ranked as the leading “New” National Real Estate Franchise brand, ahead of Help-U-Sell, Weichert Realtors, Sotheby’s Real Estate and Avalar.

Founded in 1996 in Ontario, Canada by Steve Morris, EXIT Realty entered the USA only eight years ago. Today with 1,306 franchisees and 47,100 agents, EXIT has become one of the 10 largest real estate companies in Northern America.

The local region, EXiT Mid-Atlantic (DE, DC, & MD), plans to grow to over 100 offices in the next several years. They took home the Regional Tri-Real-A-Thon award, EXiT Realty Corp. International’s highest honor.
