College Park, MD, March 7th, 2009: The event will be held at the Knights of Columbus located at 9450 Cherry Hill Rd. in College Park, MD from 9:30 A.M. – 1:00 P.M. DMV REIA will collect new or gently used blankets to support the Covenant House during hypothermia season.

Before I started my day, I wanted to take this opportunity to let you know about a transaction, settlement, that was completed yesterday, between myself, and my company, and Joe and Cathy Balcar of EXiT Generations.

It was a very difficult transaction, and without the assistance of Joe and Cathy Balcar, it would never have gotten to the table.

The transaction started some time in June of 2008 and even though it was not a large settlement, it was a difficult settlement. The months leading up to yesterday, to say the least, were filled with trepidation, concern and problems, at times insurmountable problems. Not being able to secure financing, closing dates not being met, and the sellers and buyers having some history were getting in the way. I dealt mainly with Joe Balcar, and he showed the highest levels of professionalism.

The three of us worked it out and hopefully the seller and the buyer are happy today. I know we are.If awards were given out for excellence in a single transaction, these two hard working, top professionals should be given one.

The EXIT Formula


The EXIT Formula Pays Bonuses in 3 Ways:

10% Sponsoring Bonus
As an example, a $70,000 producer would generate a $7,000 bonus to the sponsoring agent. If this continued over 20 years at the same rate, then this associate would receive $140,000 in bonuses!All of this has been approved through all the governing bodies at the state level, right across the country. These bonuses are not based on individual brokerage profitability. As soon as the deal closes, the sponsor receives the bonus, usually within 72 hours, from EXIT Realty Corp. International, the franchisor.*

7% Retirement Bonus
Enhanceable. Convertible. Portable.Should the sponsor retire, then all the 10% bonuses that were being paid residually to that person, reduces to 7%, similar to a pension plan. The remaining 3% is paid to the broker where the sponsor’s license resides. From this point forward, amounts equivalent to 7% of the gross production of all of the recruits sponsored by this individual are received on closing as before. This continues for as long as the recruits stay with EXIT and generate business.**

5% Beneficiary Bonus
In addition to the 10% full-time bonus and the 7% retirement bonus, another residual or perpetual benefit has been added. This is the 5% beneficiary benefit bonus that is paid out should the sponsor become deceased. The sponsor’s pre-chosen beneficiary receives an amount equivalent to 5% of the gross production of all those he or she previously sponsored into EXIT.

This system that we teach in is a step-by-step program for managing continues as long as the recruits stay with EXIT and generate business. What a boon to the family! What a powerful solution to an overwhelming problem that looms over everyone in this business.***
